The three labels

Every tool has one label. The label is shown on the tool page, with the result and in the PDF.

Self-declaration (self_declare)

You sign and submit it yourself. The tool helps you make the documents complete and correct, but the declaration is yours.

Ready for assessment (pre_audit)

The result prepares you for an assessment by a certifying or inspecting body. That body decides; we do not.

Indicative (indicative)

The result gives an indication and has no legal status.

What the labels do not mean

The platform never claims that something is "compliant", "approved" or "certified". A good score means the checked rules are in order, based on the ruleset version stated in the report.
